FPM Inc. carts are designed for maximum capacity and ease of loading & unloading. Capability to move over 250 birds per cart is easily obtained. We offer our carts in two different deck heights and widths. Optional single deck topper units add extra capacity with easy installation. Our carts are uniquely designed to be easily modified in size and design to meet animal welfare regulations across the world.
FEATURES:
- Carts utilize a hot dipped galvanized frame for maximum corrosion protection and easy sanitation. Pre-galvanized wire baskets are spaced to catch fewer feathers and less manure buildup. Baskets allow for superior air flow around birds for less shrinkage and lowers death loss.
- For fast loading & unloading this cart is built with a combination of a folding and swinging gate. Manufactured with specially designed metal fingers to hold the gates in an upright position to reduce wing damage and stress.
- Bolt on 6” caster are standard for easy rolling and one-man maneuverability. Optional 8” casters are available.
- Modular construction can easily be repaired or replaced with UPS shippable components.
- All units are available in seven or eight deck heights, in either a 17 1/2” or 22” width. In addition, single deck topper units can be added for extra capacity. Custom deck heights are also available for larger birds or countries with carrying regulations.
- Carts may be purchased fully assembled or knock down.
- Carts can be knocked down and shipped overseas in standard ocean freight shipping containers. We can ship up to 150 carts in a 40ft. container to be easily assembled by customer.

“Big Bird”/Australian Compliant Poultry Carts
Our “Big Bird” or Live Market Cart is designed for larger sized birds. Manufactured with the same features as our pullet carts, but with one “Big” difference. This cart features a deck height of nearly 10 inches. Built 7 decks tall with optional solid floor inserts, center dividers and 8” casters.
